The Owner's Representative will assist in project planning, budgeting, and oversight while managing vendor and consultant coordination. They are also responsible for mentoring junior staff and facilitating effective communication between clients and project teams.
Candidates must have 6-8 years of experience in high-end residential architecture, construction, or project management. A bachelor's degree and advanced proficiency in reading technical plans and project management software are required.
