Full job description
About the Team
The Sales Enablement team, under the Sales Strategy & Operations organization, enables the productivity of our sales and go-to-market organizations through alignment with capital OKRs and a 360-degree enablement strategy that encompasses activation across process, product, skill, GTM strategy and tooling. Through partnerships with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Operations, we design and deliver critical enablement programs that activate the business to drive sales performance and contribute to DoorDash’s overall success.
About the Role
As an Associate Manager of Sales Enablement focused on our Australia and New Zealand (ANZ) markets, you will play a critical role in localizing and executing global enablement initiatives. You will report directly to a Senior Manager on the Global Sales Enablement team and support ANZ leadership through a dotted-line relationship with the local Sales Strategy & Operations team.
You’ll be responsible for activating onboarding, training, and go-to-market programs that support the full sales lifecycle for sellers in ANZ. You’ll coordinate closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and RevOps teams to ensure that enablement strategies are tailored to the regional context and drive measurable outcomes.
This is an exciting opportunity to help scale enablement across a high-growth region by aligning global frameworks with local needs and feedback..
This is a hybrid role with three days per week in the office (Melbourne or Sydney) and two days remote.
You are excited about this opportunity because...
Support the execution of onboarding, ongoing training, and product activation initiatives for DoorDash sales teams across Australia and New Zealand.
Serve as a liaison between global enablement strategy and local sales execution, customizing programs for ANZ market needs.
Partner cross-functionally with Sales, RevOps, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure readiness for product launches and sales plays.
Help maintain and optimize regional enablement workflows including content delivery, sales tool adoption, and feedback loops.
Contribute to a culture of learning by coordinating training calendars, facilitating sessions, and tracking engagement and outcomes.
Gather insights from frontline teams to help identify skill gaps and recommend enablement solutions that drive seller performance.
Track and report on enablement impact using available data and feedback to continuously improve delivery and relevance.
We’re excited about you because…
5-7 years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, learning & development, or a related go-to-market function.
Experience supporting sales organizations, preferably within a tech, SaaS, or marketplace environment.
A strong operational mindset, with attention to project execution, coordination, and stakeholder management.
Effective communication and facilitation skills; comfortable presenting to groups and managing enablement tools and platforms.
The ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while collaborating across time zones and functions.
Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, Seismic, Chorus, Google Suite, or similar platforms is a plus.
An interest in building scalable processes, paired with a willingness to execute hands-on work when needed.
