CONTEXTE : Afin de mettre en œuvre ses activités de développement et d’aide humanitaire dans ses pays d’intervention, HI mobilise des financements auprès d’un large éventail de partenaires institutionnels.
En tant que stagiaire en financement institutionnel, vous rejoindrez l’équipe « Financement institutionnel Europe du Nord » (FINE) au siège de Humanity & Inclusion (HI) à Bruxelles. Cette équipe mobilise des fonds provenant d’un portefeuille de comptes de donateurs comprenant l’UE (principalement ECHO, INTPA, SEAE, MENA, ENEST et FPI), les pays nordiques (Norvège, Suède, Finlande, Danemark) et les pays du Benelux (Belgique, Luxembourg, Pays-Bas).
Vous travaillerez sous la supervision du responsable de FINE et en étroite collaboration avec les autres membres de l’équipe FINE, les chargés de partenariats institutionnels et les responsables seniors. Tout au long de votre stage, vous aurez l’occasion de vous essayer à des tâches variées et recevrez régulièrement des retours sur vos performances afin de vous aider à progresser.
Activité 1 : Appui à la gestion des bailleurs de fonds
Activité 2 : Soutien à l’analyse programmatique
Objectif 3 : Soutenir la gestion des supports d’information et de communication
Objectif 4 : Soutenir l'élaboration et le perfectionnement des supports de formation et des webinaires
