Manage a portfolio of enterprise customers to maximize platform engagement, satisfaction, and value delivery. Conduct quarterly business reviews, provide technical product training, and act as the voice of the customer for internal product development.
Requires 5+ years of experience in customer-facing roles such as account management or customer success. Candidates must be fluent in Spanish, French, and English, with a strong understanding of SaaS and IT solutions.

The CSM will proactively partner with customers to optimize their platform engagement and facilitate the running of our customer’s smooth last-mile operations.
