The Field Service Technician serves as ASC's frontline representative at customer sites throughout the United States. This role is responsible for supporting the installation, inspection, troubleshooting, repair, maintenance, and commissioning of power generation enclosures, equipment, and related systems while delivering exceptional customer service and technical support.
Working alongside experienced technicians and field leadership, the Field Service Technician plays a critical role in ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. Success in this role is measured through technical performance, customer satisfaction, safety compliance, project execution, and the ability to effectively support ASC customers nationwide.

Acoustical Sheetmetal Company (ASC) provides on-site power integration for large-scale data centers. We offer sound-attenuated and weather-protective packaging for on-site power generation equipment, with products ranging from economical skin-tight enclosures to entire multi-unit power plants. We work to reform and modernize the integration process in a multitude of ways. Our personnel include certified welders, licensed electricians, and machinists, as well as an engineering design team that works with production in an assembly line process immersed in the language and culture of quality control.
