Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in Mining or Geological Engineering and be eligible for P.Eng. registration with EGBC. A minimum of 3 years of underground mining experience and proficiency in Deswik software are required.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and optimizing short-range and mid-range mine plans, coordinating with operations and technical teams, and ensuring production targets are achieved safely and efficiently.
This role will play a key part in mine design, production forecasting, scheduling, and continuous improvement initiatives while maintaining a strong field presence underground to support execution and operational success.
