The Junior Estimator will perform quantity take-offs, prepare supplier RFPs, and analyze quotations while supporting project planning and documentation. They will also assist project managers with change orders, purchase orders, cost tracking, and the management of RFIs and site instructions.
Candidates must hold a diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required, and the ability to learn construction-specific software is essential.

The successful candidate will gain hands-on experience in estimating and project coordination across the full project lifecycle—from pre-construction planning through to execution and close-out.
What You’ll Be Doing
Working closely with experienced Bid, you’ll develop a well-rounded foundation in development and utilities while actively supporting the planning, budgeting, procurement, and site documentation efforts.
