The Regional Maintenance Manager is responsible for overseeing the upkeep of major mechanical equipment across multiple hotel properties in the British Columbia Lower Mainland. This role involves leading a maintenance team, managing project budgets and schedules, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
The candidate must be legally entitled to work in Canada as no visa sponsorship is available. The role requires strong leadership skills, experience in project management, and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders to maintain hotel facilities.
Job Summary:
As Regional Maintenance Manager, you are responsible for the upkeep of major mechanical equipment of the Sandman, Sandman by Signature and Sutton Place Hotels within the British Columbia Lower Mainland. You Support and Lead a team of Maintenance Associates and collaboration with / Elevator Specialist / Regional Capital Repair Teams / Hotel Regional Directors / General Managers / Maintenance Personal / Facilities Managers
