Oversee the daily maintenance and upkeep of market buildings, food stands, and grounds to ensure a safe and functional environment. Provide hands-on leadership to the facilities team while coordinating repairs and supporting special events.
Requires at least four years of experience in maintenance, construction, or landscaping, including previous supervisory or team lead experience. Must possess general knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and carpentry work and be physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.
At Keller’s Flea Market, the Facilities Manager plays an essential role in keeping the property safe, functional, clean, and ready for guests and vendors each day. From maintaining buildings and equipment to completing repairs and supporting market operations, this hands-on position helps keep every area of the market running smoothly.
We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Facilities Manager who enjoys fixing problems, improving spaces, leading by example, and taking pride in a job well done. This is not a desk-only management position. You will work alongside the team, coordinate daily maintenance priorities, and help ensure the market remains safe, clean, functional, and ready to welcome guests and vendors.
If you have broad maintenance knowledge, previous supervisor or team lead experience, and the ability to confidently tackle a variety of projects, we want to hear from you.
