Analyze accounting data to resolve account discrepancies
Process accounts payable (Billpay) and review A/P batches for accuracy, adjusting entries as needed
Calculate and record management fees, owner distributions, and other property-related transactions
Assist with preparation of year-end work papers for annual audits
Assist with annual budget preparation, forecasting, and variance reporting
Track operating expenses, capital improvements, utilities, taxes, insurance, and maintenance costs
Prepare information for annual audits, tax filings, lender requests, and owner reports
Manage mortgage control schedule and process monthly loan payments
Process daily/weekly/monthly transfer and wire requests
Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, lease terms, and applicable regulations
Communicate with property managers regarding tenant charges, delinquencies, vendor issues, and budget questions
Maintain organized accounting records and documentation
