The Project Manager is responsible for scheduling and managing all project-related activities, including field manpower and material procurement, to ensure projects are delivered on-time and on-budget. They will also manage relationships with general contractors and subcontractors while interfacing with local building authorities.
Qualified candidates must have at least 10 years of trade-related experience and 5+ years of project management experience in commercial construction. A high school diploma or GED is required, with a degree in Mechanical Engineering preferred, along with comprehensive knowledge of HVAC systems and blueprint interpretation.
