Perform comprehensive preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and emergency repairs on commercial HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems across multiple client sites. Manage work orders via CMMS and identify energy-saving opportunities to optimize building operations.
Requires a high school diploma, Universal EPA/CFC certification, a valid driver's license, and at least 4 years of commercial building engineering experience. Candidates must be physically capable of lifting 80 lbs and working at heights up to 30 feet.
