This individual will serve as a key field leader responsible for supporting daily service operations, leading roofing crews, maintaining quality workmanship, and delivering exceptional customer service.
The ideal candidate will possess strong commercial roofing knowledge, leadership abilities, and the professionalism necessary to communicate effectively with both field personnel and clients. This role is designed for an individual looking to build a long-term career path within our organization, with advancement opportunities toward Superintendent and future Service Manager responsibilities.
