The Construction Project Coordinator provides virtual support to the construction team by managing project documentation, tracking RFIs and submittals, and maintaining project data in software. They are also responsible for coordinating meetings, tracking vendor paperwork, and assisting with contract drafting.
Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of experience with a leading construction company and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with Yardi software and the ability to work Mountain Standard Time hours are preferred.
