The Asset Manager will oversee a portfolio of commercial assets in Dallas, managing leasing processes, operational efficiencies, and capital improvement projects. They will also collaborate with the acquisition team to evaluate potential investments and maintain relationships with tenants and third-party service providers.
Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in finance or real estate and possess 7-10+ years of experience in commercial real estate asset management. Proficiency in financial analysis, lease management, and industry-standard software like Yardi and Argus is required.
