Lead the end-to-end delivery and operation of ground-mounted and rooftop solar projects in the Philippines. Oversee asset performance, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder coordination to optimize energy output and profitability.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Renewable Energy, with an MBA preferred. Candidates should have up to 10 years of experience in Front of the Meter solar project management and asset operations.
Project Management & Asset Operations –Front of the meter Solar Project, Philippines
This is a critical role, working in close conjunction with the Head of Project Delivery and Head of Power Business, to lead solar projects delivery and operations, both ground-mounted and rooftop, offsite as well as onsite projects in the Philippines.
The person will be responsible for project management & asset management for solar power plants primarily in the Philippines. This role involves overseeing the end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring efficient operations, optimizing asset performance.
- Project Management: Lead the planning, execution, and completion of solar projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Asset Operations: Oversee the operation and maintenance of solar assets, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and efficiency.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with government regulations, environmental standards, and safety protocols.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams, contractors, vendors, government agencies as well as managing turnkey EPC Contractors and other subcontractors to facilitate smooth project execution.
- Reporting: Preparing of MIS report, Daily progress report, monthly progress report.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate operational and financial risks associated with solar plant management.
- Performance Optimization: Implement data-driven strategies to enhance energy output, reduce downtime, and improve asset longevity; and
- Budget & Cost Control: Manage financial planning, cost analysis, and resource allocation to optimize project profitability.
