Manage commercial flooring projects from bid acceptance to completion, ensuring they are delivered on schedule and within budget. Supervise installation staff and subcontractors while maintaining quality control and safety standards on-site.
Requires a high school diploma and 4-6 years of commercial flooring or construction experience, with a preference for a 4-year degree. Must possess OSHA knowledge and the physical ability to lift up to 70 lbs and work in bending or kneeling positions.
