We are seeking a Civil Foreman for a position in Kingsport, TN. The Foreman position exercises independent judgment based on experience and skill to direct a crew of workers in a specific area. Non-exempt role; Reports to the Supervisor; Performs a variety of routine duties within established policies.
Essential Qualifications:
Functional Requirements:
Read and sign off on JSA; audit JSAs periodically; interprets sketches, procedures, written and/or verbal orders; assigns duties, lines up and follows up all work and is responsible for production of multiple areas; inspects work to ensure adherence to company standards; trains and assists workers in the performance of their duties; supervises and coordinates activities of assigned workers; interprets company policies to workers and enforces safety regulations; analyzes and resolves work related problems; ensures jobsite materials and equipment are in good condition; may maintain time, production, and other records; may study schedules and estimate worker-hours requirements for completion of job; maintains a clean and safe work environment at all times; perform additional assignments per supervisor's direction
Compensation
Final agreed upon compensation is based upon individual qualifications and experience.
