Requires a high school diploma or GED and an HVAC certification, with a preference for a bachelor's degree. Candidates should have at least one year of general maintenance experience and a valid driver's license.

We are looking for an experience Service Technician with HVAC experience who will be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance operations of the community to include general maintenance and repairs, plumbing, electrical, basic carpentry, heating and cooling, and other building systems, general grounds/curb appeal management, and “make ready” renovations.
