The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing general repairs on appliances, plumbing, electrical fixtures, and carpentry within apartment units. They must also complete work orders, maintain equipment, and remain available for 24/7 emergency maintenance calls.
The ideal candidate possesses an HVAC certification and at least three years of maintenance experience. Proficiency in plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work is required, along with the ability to safely move heavy equipment.

Currently, we are searching for a Maintenance Technician to work at Franklin Place Townhomes in El Paso, TX.
Duties:
Must possess the ability and tools to repair apartment appliances, water heaters, electrical fixtures, bulbs, commodes, sinks, basic carpentry and any general maintenance repairs that may arise.
Knowledge to perform preventive maintenance duties as needed.
Complete work orders and forms to assure all documentation regarding operations of maintenance equipment is completed properly.
This candidate must be available for emergency maintenance calls 24 hours a day, seven days a week
Qualifications:
Ideal candidate has HVAC certification with (3) plus years of Maintenance Technician experience.
Must be able to move heavy equipment safely, using proper equipment.
The successful candidate must have experience in plumbing, electrical, and carpentry
