We are currently seeking a full time Administrative Assistant for our Chesapeake, VA office.
The Administrative Assistant will manage front office operations and provide support across various departments. Responsibilities include answering phones, greeting visitors, assisting office staff, ordering supplies, and sorting and distributing mail. Proficiency in Excel and Word is required, along with the ability to handle general office tasks as needed.
This is a Full Time position, approximately 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday from 7 AM to 4:30 PM.
Pay range $21-23/hr BOE
