The Fire Inspection Technician is responsible for testing and inspecting commercial fire-alarm systems while identifying and reporting any system deficiencies. This role involves direct interaction with building owners and engineers to ensure customer satisfaction and safety compliance.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of relevant field service or customer service experience. A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required for this position.

In this role, you will assist with the testing and inspection of fire-alarm systems in assigned buildings. You will help to identify and report any problems or deficiencies found in the systems you inspect. This is a customer-facing role, one that is responsible for maximizing customer satisfaction, safety, and quality assurance on all assigned projects. As a Fire Inspection Technician, you will be part of a dynamic team that allows you to grow as Convergint grows.

The expected compensation range for this position is between $19 to $27 an hour, depending on experience.
