The Senior Construction Manager will oversee the strategic planning, preconstruction, and construction of water and wastewater facilities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Responsibilities include managing stakeholder relations, procurement, contract administration, and maintaining rigorous quality assurance and project documentation.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field and possess at least 8 years of relevant construction management experience. Proficiency in project management software and a strong understanding of water/wastewater capital construction are essential requirements.

Pay: $135,000 - $155,000/year, depending on experience
Benefits: 100% employer-paid health, dental, and vision insurance as well as PTO, 9 paid holidays, and a voluntary 457(b) retirement program with up to 7% match
Planned Projects: Water treatment plant upgrades, South Platte diversion, groundwater pump stations, master meter installation, the Chatfield Basin Water Reclamation Facility (in preconstruction), and more

SENIOR CONSTRUCTION MANAGER EXPECTATIONS:
In this project management role, you'll play a key part in strategic planning, efficient preconstruction, and high-quality construction activities for new water/wastewater storage, conveyance, and treatment facilities. You'll ensure all aspects of the project are completed on time, within budget, and up to our quality standards. Responsibilities include, but aren't limited to:

SENIOR CONSTRUCTION MANAGER REQUIREMENTS:
Certified Construction Manager (CCM) license and experience working directly for a municipality, water district, or related contractor would be preferred.
