Kent is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead multidisciplinary engineering, procurement, construction, and EPCM projects throughout their lifecycle. The successful candidate will provide leadership for project execution while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with contractual, commercial, and client requirements. The Senior Project Manager will provide strategic leadership to multidisciplinary project teams, oversee commercial performance, manage project risks, develop client relationships, and ensure the successful delivery of projects while promoting Kent's commitment to safety, quality, and operational excellence. The position reports to the Director of Projects.

Lead multidisciplinary engineering and EPC/EPCM projects from initiation through closeout.
Develop project execution strategies and project management plans.
Build and lead high-performing project teams.
Establish project objectives aligned with client and business goals.

Manage scope, schedule, budget and quality.
Monitor project performance and key milestones.
