The Designer develops safe and cost-effective formwork, shoring, and scaffolding solutions while producing detailed 2D and 3D drawings. They also collaborate with sales consultants, communicate with customers, and provide technical support to ensure project success.
Candidates must hold a degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field with 0 to 3 years of experience. Proficiency in structural analysis software and familiarity with building codes and construction drawings are highly preferred.
The Designer develops safe and cost-effective formwork, shoring, and scaffolding solutions based on customer requirements and project specifications. This role prepares detailed design drawings and material take-offs for standard projects and, with experience, may support custom designs under the supervision of the Engineering Manager or Lead. Over time, the Designer may attend customer meetings, build direct relationships, and provide technical support to ensure project success.
