The Project Director leads the construction delivery for a portfolio of projects, overseeing the full lifecycle from preconstruction to close-out. They are responsible for managing project teams, ensuring budget and schedule adherence, and fostering strong client relationships.
Requires over 15 years of ICI commercial construction experience and a degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management. Candidates must have a proven track record of delivering ground-up commercial and institutional projects and possess strong financial reporting skills.

The Project Director leads Chandos’ construction delivery for a portfolio of assigned projects, directly and through a team of project managers. This role is accountable for full lifecycle delivery - from preconstruction and bidding through construction and close‑out - while building client relationships, supporting business development, and developing high‑performing project teams. The Project Director ensures projects meet schedule, budget, safety, quality, and client satisfaction objectives and embeds continuous improvement across teams.

The base salary range for this role is listed above and may vary based on your experience. This position also includes a competitive bonus program. Throughout the interview process, we’ll discuss your background to determine the best alignment for your experience level.
