The technician is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining commercial and industrial HVAC equipment, including RTUs, chillers, and boilers. They must provide accurate documentation of service calls and communicate findings effectively to customers and internal teams.
Candidates must have at least 4 years of commercial HVAC experience or a completed apprenticeship and a valid EPA Universal Refrigerant Certification. A valid driver's license and the physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders are required.
