Analyze trade-offs when programs compete for the same square footage or capacity headroom.

You've done capacity or space planning for data centers, industrial plants, or utilities.
You're comfortable in drawings and single-lines as well as spreadsheets.
You've built capacity models that caught a real constraint early.
You keep a source of truth current across many concurrent changes.
You present a constraint with options attached.
Bonus: DCIM tools. Electrical and mechanical fundamentals. SQL and BI tooling. Multi-site portfolios.
