The BIM Coordinator is responsible for developing accurate 3D electrical models and resolving clashes to ensure constructability on medium to large-scale projects. They collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver field-ready installation drawings and maintain coordination schedules.
Candidates should have 3-5+ years of BIM coordination experience in electrical construction and proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD MEP, and Navisworks. A bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is desired along with a strong understanding of the National Electrical Code (NEC).

Position Overview
VarcoMac is seeking a highly motivated BIM Coordinator to support our Electrical Construction team. This role is responsible for driving the accuracy, constructability, and efficiency of electrical systems on medium to large-scale projects through advanced BIM coordination and modeling. The BIM Coordinator will play a critical role in ensuring project success by translating design intent into coordinated, buildable models and installation documents.
The BIM Coordinator will collaborate closely with the BIM Manager, General Foreman, project teams, and client stakeholders, serving as a key contributor to coordination efforts and technical execution. This role is accountable for producing high-quality 3D models, resolving clashes, maintaining coordination schedules, and delivering field-ready installation drawings. This position requires close coordination with internal teams, external contractors, and clients to ensure seamless project delivery and successful outcomes.
