The Project Coordinator assists Project Managers in developing, tracking, and executing project plans and deliverables. They serve as a liaison between vendors and internal teams while maintaining project schedules and administrative documentation.
Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in business management, engineering, or a related field and be legally authorized to work in the US. Experience with Microsoft Project and a background in manufacturing or construction is preferred.

The Project Coordinator is a member of the operation team. The Project Coordinator will work independently to deliver on responsibilities in collaboration with the Project Manager(s) and operations team. The Project Coordinator will provide assistance to the Project Manager(s) in the development and tracking of project plans and dependent deliverables. Assist in managing the scope, while tracking changes through change control. Assist the Project Manager(s) in planning and executing projects. Maintain project schedule and related documents for assigned projects.
