The Associate Project Manager assists in developing and tracking project plans, schedules, and deliverables while managing scope and change control. They serve as a liaison between vendors and internal teams and handle administrative support such as RFI communication and document workflow.
Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in business management, engineering, or a related field and experience in project coordination. Proficiency in Microsoft Project and experience in manufacturing or construction is preferred.

The Associate Project Manager is a member of the operation team. The Associate Project Manager will work independently to deliver on responsibilities in collaboration with the Project Manager(s) and operations team. The Associate Project Manager will provide assistance to the Project Manager(s) in the development and tracking of project plans and dependent deliverables. Assist in managing the scope, while tracking changes through change control. Assist the Project Manager(s) in planning and executing projects. Maintain project schedule and related documents for assigned projects.
