Support estimators and project managers by coordinating project documentation, estimating, and information flow between field teams and customers. Manage the project life cycle from RFP review and take-offs to final close-out documentation.
Requires a high school diploma or GED, with an associate's degree preferred and 2-4 years of experience in the construction or electrical industry. Must possess strong computer skills and a thorough understanding of project management procedures.
The Project Coordinator position will support and assist the Estimators, Project Managers, and Project Team with estimating, review of documents, and coordination of assigned projects. They will work with the Project Managers and along with the Project Admin to achieve on time and on or under budget completions while maintaining the established company quality standards. Day-to-day activities will primarily involve the implementation of document review, estimating, project organizing, record-keeping, and handling the information flow between the Estimators, Project Managers, Field & Customers.
