Requires at least 2 years of experience as a lead residential HVAC installer and a valid driver's license. Must hold an EPA 2 Certification, with Universal or NATE certifications preferred.

If you can confidently run residential change-outs, lead a crew, and complete clean installs with minimal supervision, we want to talk to you. This is a long-term opportunity with a company that values experienced installers, provides consistent year-round work, and rewards performance.
Works in field environments across residential job sites, climbing ladders and navigating uneven surfaces. Regularly works in confined spaces and moves materials up to 50 pounds. Operates hand and power tools and vehicles. Must be able to see, hear, and exchange accurate information with customers and team members. Regular exposure to outdoor weather, noise, and dust. Reasonable accommodations may be made to perform essential functions.
