The Traveling Electrical Foreman leads daily field activities on data center and industrial construction projects while directing crews to ensure safe and high-quality work. They are responsible for organizing work plans, monitoring productivity, and serving as the primary liaison between field personnel and project management.
Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience in electrical, controls, or construction environments with demonstrated leadership capabilities. A valid driver's license and the ability to travel full-time to various project sites across the United States are required.

JSET is seeking an experienced Traveling Electrical Foreman to support data center and mission-critical construction projects throughout the United States.
This is a hands-on field leadership role responsible for coordinating crews, directing daily work activities, enforcing safety and quality standards, and supporting successful project execution on active construction sites.
Foremen at JSET work alongside their crews, lead by example, and serve as the primary connection between field personnel and project leadership. This role is ideal for experienced electricians, lead technicians, assistant foremen, or crew leaders looking to grow into higher levels of field leadership.
Candidates should be comfortable deploying to project sites for extended assignments and traveling wherever project needs require.
Successful candidates are typically individuals who enjoy leading crews, solving field challenges, mentoring other technicians, and taking ownership of jobsite execution.
At JSET, Foremen are critical field leaders who directly influence project success. You'll be trusted to lead crews, solve problems in real time, and help deliver some of the most advanced controls and mission-critical infrastructure projects in the country.
