The HVAC Lead Installer manages installation projects to ensure they are completed smoothly, profitably, and according to procedure. This includes coordinating with internal teams, supervising apprentices, and maintaining accurate project documentation.
Candidates must have a valid driver's license, Universal EPA Certification, and at least 3 years of HVAC field installation experience. Physical ability to lift 75 pounds and work in confined spaces or on roofs is required.
