The Director of Capital provides strategic and operational direction for capital development initiatives and manages the Capital Management team. Requires 10+ years of project management and supervisory experience, preferably in student housing or multi-family sectors. A degree in Engineering or Construction Management is preferred, along with the ability to travel 50% or more annually.

The Director of Capital is responsible for providing strategic and operational level direction for capital development initiatives and the Capital Management team. This role develops and oversees the processes for project requirements, formulation, justification, prioritization, integration, development and budgets. The Director of Capital ensures all projects are consistent with and support the strategic plans and vision of the organization. The Director of Capital is also responsible for preparing annual capex budgets and updating the 10 year Capex Plan for Scion’s portfolio of properties.

The base salary range for this full-time position is base + bonus + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
