About the RoleFLATS is seeking a customer-focused Concierge to provide front desk coverage and support daily
operations at our residential community. In this role, you’ll serve as the first point of contact for
residents and guests, ensuring a welcoming, secure, and well-maintained environment. You will
assist with resident needs, monitor building activity, and help maintain the overall appearance and
functionality of common areas. This full-time, on-site position is ideal for someone with strong
customer service skills, and experience in concierge, hospitality, or similar front-facing roles is a
plus.

Many of the FLATS® buildings feature lobbies that are open to the public with coffee shops, bars, and restaurants as well as resident amenities like rooftop lounges and terraces with sweeping views of the city. The FLATS® Life is comprised of the community surrounding the FLATS® buildings, from residents to our surrounding neighbors and local business partners who collaborate with us.
