Lakeside Villas – Adel, GA
Pay: $16.00–$18.00 per hour (depending on experience)
Lakeside Villas, a brand-new apartment community in Adel, Georgia, is seeking a reliable and hardworking Maintenance Engineer to join our team. We are looking for someone who takes pride in providing quality service, enjoys solving maintenance issues, and is committed to creating an excellent living experience for our residents.
Responsibilities
Perform routine maintenance and repairs in occupied and vacant apartment homes
Prepare apartments for new residents, including painting, repairs, and general make-ready work
Diagnose and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, doors, windows, and other building systems
Complete resident work orders in a timely and professional manner
Perform preventative maintenance throughout the property
Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of buildings and grounds
Assist with emergency maintenance calls and participate in an on-call rotation as scheduled
Follow all company safety policies and procedures
Qualifications
Previous apartment maintenance, facilities maintenance, or general maintenance experience preferred
Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance repair, drywall, painting, and carpentry
EPA Certification is preferred but not required
HVAC experience is a plus
Valid driver's license with a good driving record
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
Excellent problem-solving skills, dependability, and a positive attitude
Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
