Candidates must possess strong computer literacy, fast typing skills, and the ability to maintain focus while managing multiple software applications and live phone calls. No prior technical or IT experience is required, as full training is provided for the role.

Position Overview
Zedcor is seeking a Tower Operations Specialist to support the deployment of our mobile surveillance towers by working directly with field technicians in real time. This is a fast-paced, computer-based role built around a repeatable daily cycle: pulling deployment details, remotely configuring cameras and alert zones while on the phone with a field technician, verifying the system works, and accurately logging data across multiple software platforms — typically 12 to 20 times per day. No prior technical or troubleshooting experience is required for this role — full training is provided. What matters most is speed, accuracy, and the ability to stay organized while juggling several software applications and a live phone call at the same time, over and over, without losing focus.
