Requires proven experience in electrical, construction, or commercial environments, with 1-2 years of agricultural equipment experience preferred. Must possess a valid driver's license and the ability to follow safety protocols and technical specifications.

Under the direction of a supervisor and in compliance with all company safety protocols, the Irrigation Maintenance I role supports preventative maintenance and agricultural operations. This position involves hands-on work in the field and shop, assisting with irrigation systems and general farm maintenance.
Functions include but are not limited to the following. Must be able to move freely between tasks depending on workload, season, etc.
Pay Range: $20-$21/hour. Final compensation will be dependent upon skills & experience
