We are seeking a highly organized, hands-on Field Operations & Logistics Coordinator to support our Technical Field Operations team throughout California. This is a dynamic role for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in solving problems while supporting customers and teammates.
As the operational hub for our California Technical Field Operations team, you'll coordinate warehouse operations, logistics, field support, customer service, and seasonal projects that directly contribute to the success of our growers and distribution partners. No two days are the same, making this an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats and making a meaningful impact.
The ideal candidate is dependable, adaptable, and enjoys working in a role where every day is a little different.
This position is based onsite in the Bakersfield, California area.
