Job Description:
Provide administrative support in the School of Education Dean’s Office.
Duties:
o Provide administrative support at the reception desk.
o Greet and assist visitors, faculty, staff, and students as needed.
o Answer the telephone in a professional manner.
o Various office tasks that may include the use of Canva, MS Word, Teams, etc.
o Distribute mail to departments within the building.
o Complete tasks assigned by supervisor.
o Help as needed with events. May include lifting items no more than 50 lbs.
o Inventory supplies for ordering purposes.
o Check printers and refill paper when necessary.
o Stock conference room and kitchen as needed.
• Qualifications:
o Must be a current Baylor Student
o Must be on time and willing to work
o Friendly and effective communicator
o Excellent customer service and organizational skills
