The Maintenance Technician I is responsible for performing routine service requests, property upkeep, and make-ready tasks. They also assist with preventative maintenance, safety compliance, and responding to emergency on-call service requests.
Candidates must have at least one year of maintenance or porter experience and a high school diploma or GED. Proficiency with basic hand and power tools and a foundational understanding of various building trades are required.

As a Maintenance Technician I, you are the foundation of the maintenance team. You support property upkeep, complete routine repairs, and build essential trade skills that prepare you for advancement within multifamily maintenance.
Compensation: $21 to $25 per hour, based on experience, with opportunities for bonues.
Schedule: Tuesday through Saturday with shared on-call rotations.
This position will require availability for nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Active participation in team functions and regional or company activities is expected.
This position necessitates regular periods of sitting, standing, walking, climbing, bending, kneeling, reaching as well as use of hands and arms. The role may require lifting to 50 pounds independently. The ability to respond promptly to both visual and auditory alarms is essential. Specific vision requirements include the ability to use close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. The team member must be able to work both indoors and outdoors under various weather conditions, including rain, snow, heat, hail, wind, and sleet. Working at a personal computer for administrative tasks and using mobile devices while in the field is required.
