The Loan Operations Originations Manager provides leadership and strategic oversight for all commercial and corporate loan closing activities. This role manages team leads and oversees the end-to-end closing process for Commercial Real Estate transactions, including booking, funding, and servicing support.
Candidates must have at least 10 years of commercial lending or loan operations experience, including 5 years in Commercial Real Estate closing. A minimum of 8 years of management experience and proficiency in commercial loan servicing platforms like ACBS are required.

The Loan Operations Originations Manager provides leadership, strategic direction, and operational oversight for all commercial and corporate loan closing activities across Texas Capital Bank. This role is responsible for managing team leads overseeing commercial loan closing functions while maintaining direct leadership responsibility for the Bank’s Commercial Real Estate (CRE) closing operation. The manager oversees the end-to-end closing process for CRE transactions, including closing, booking, funding, and servicing support activities.
As a key leader within Loan Operations, this individual partners closely with Lending, Credit, Legal, Risk, Compliance, Treasury Management, and executive leadership to ensure operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and superior client experience. The role is instrumental in driving process improvement, supporting strategic growth initiatives, and establishing scalable operational solutions that align with the Bank’s commercial lending objectives.
