ROLE OVERVIEW
This role is responsible to manage an efficient and effective Procurement operation for the procurement of materials, supplies, equipment, and services based upon Procurement policy and procedures and align with companys objectives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Sourcing & Contracting
Develop sourcing strategies, conduct market research, and evaluate suppliers.
Negotiate and manage contracts, ensuring compliance with terms, regulations, and service levels.
Requisition & Purchase Order Management
Oversee requisitions, approvals, and issuance of purchase orders.
Ensure accurate, timely procurement transactions in line with policies and budgets.
Work with Accounts Payable on invoice/payment processing.
Vendor Management
Build and maintain strong supplier relationships.
Monitor supplier performance, resolve issues, and drive continuous improvement.
Strategic Alignment & Stakeholder Management
Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and ensure alignment of procurement strategies with organizational goals.
Act as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders on procurement strategies, risk mitigation, and cost optimization.
Enabling fair, responsible and inclusive access to credit and financial services.
