The Patient Service Representative manages patient registration, insurance verification, and billing collections while providing high-quality customer service. They are also responsible for administrative tasks such as answering calls, filing medical documents, and maintaining the front office area.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent and basic typing skills. One year of clerical experience is preferred, along with the physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
