The Project Manager assists the Facilities Manager with new construction and renovation projects while maintaining all project documentation and permits. They are responsible for inspecting construction workmanship and managing building automation systems and maintenance repairs via CMMS software.
A Bachelor's degree in facilities or project management is required, with experience in the construction or facilities industry preferred. Candidates must be proficient in Microsoft Office and capable of performing physical tasks, including lifting 50 pounds and climbing ladders.
