The Patient Service Representative is responsible for registering patients, verifying insurance information, and managing billing inquiries while providing compassionate customer service. They also perform administrative duties such as filing medical documents, handling cash, and maintaining the cleanliness of the front office area.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent and basic typing skills. At least one year of clerical experience is preferred, along with the physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds.
