The Patient Service Representative is responsible for accurately registering patients, verifying insurance information, and managing billing inquiries. They also perform essential administrative duties such as handling correspondence, maintaining office cleanliness, and managing cash collections.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent and basic typing skills. The role requires the physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds, along with excellent communication and multitasking capabilities.
