The Patient Service Representative manages front-office operations, including patient registration, insurance verification, and payment collection. They are also responsible for coordinating patient flow and maintaining office supplies and cleanliness.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent and basic typing skills. One year of clerical experience is preferred, along with the ability to perform physical tasks like lifting 25 pounds.
