The Patient Service Representative is responsible for registering patients, verifying insurance information, and managing billing inquiries. They also perform essential administrative tasks such as cash management, document filing, and maintaining the cleanliness of the office area.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess a high school diploma or equivalent. Basic typing skills and at least one year of clerical experience are preferred, along with the physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
