The Leasing & Marketing Assistant is responsible for planning community events, managing social media campaigns, and providing service to prospective residents to meet occupancy goals. They also handle general administration, lease communication, and the maintenance of property curb appeal.
The candidate must be outgoing and capable of acting as a quality leader for Community Ambassadors. They should possess strong communication skills to interact with residents, parents, and university personnel professionally.
The primary function of the Leasing & Marketing Assistant is assisting in the planning of community events, actively participating in on-and off-campus activities, and providing service to prospective residents to meet specific goals as outlined by the Community Manager. The Leasing & Marketing Assistant should be outgoing and must act as a quality leader to the Community Ambassadors.
